What is PIXELS: Digital Creatures?
PIXELS: Digital Creatures is a turn-based combat roguelike about battling with and against creatures called Pixels.
Each run takes place in a changing world, with encounters and team options varying between attempts. Players choose a starter, recruit Pixels with different moves, strengths, and weaknesses, then equip them with items and gear that provide distinct effects. After defeating the final boss, Challenge Mode adds tougher enemies and changing modifiers across progressively harder levels. Defeat sends the run back to the Home User Base, where discovered Pixels can be recorded in a database and shards can be spent on permanent upgrades for later attempts.
