Our take on PIVO
The bounce point arrives when movement depends on the owner's wand rather than ordinary jumping or climbing. Players expecting direct traversal may stall at wide gaps and tall blocks, where solving the space-shifting puzzle is required to continue.
What is PIVO?
PIVO is a puzzle game built around shifting between 2D and 3D space.
Players guide a cute corgi through a voxel world while searching for its master and uncovering the world's secrets. An owner's wand changes how the character moves through obstacles: it can cross gaps that are too wide to jump normally and pass over blocks that are too high to climb. The game originated as a graduation project and was presented at BIC2018.
