Our take on PengPong
Rather than relying on direct attacks, PengPong makes bouncing objects and physical trajectories the central combat system. It also places a gambling choice after every wave, replacing a more standard upgrade or progression decision with contracts, risk-taking, or shop access.
What is PengPong?
PengPong combines bullet-hell combat, roguelike runs, pinball-style bouncing, and gambling-themed decisions.
Survival depends on directing momentum and angles rather than relying on direct hits, with weapons, items, and other moving objects serving as projectiles. Each wave ends with a choice between signing a contract, visiting a gambling den, or using the shop. More than 300 items create different combinations and changing run conditions. The game includes character and weapon combinations, gambling mini-games, worldwide leaderboard competition, and a visual style inspired by vintage animation that mixes cute elements with disturbing ones. Its central character is a penguin accompanied by friends.
