Our take on Party Quiz
The page emphasizes playing from a sofa or remotely, but remote sessions involve more than joining the game: participants connect on web-enabled devices while the host shares the screen and audio through a separate video-call service.
What is Party Quiz?
Party Quiz is a trivia game for groups of at least 3 players.
One participant hosts, while the others answer questions. Before play, the host can build a question pack with the included constructor or select a community pack through Steam Workshop, with filters for difficulty and topics. Players can take turns hosting or answering and choose from available avatars. Sessions can be played locally or remotely. Remote participants join from a web-enabled device, such as a phone or tablet; a separate video-call service can keep the group connected while the host shares the game screen and audio. Steam Workshop also lets players share and download question packs.
