Our take on Paranormal Observation
The bounce point arrives when the investigation shifts from atmosphere to evidence comparison: players must interpret several instrument readings, identify the correct spirit, and only then use the exorcism module.
What is Paranormal Observation?
Paranormal Observation is a single-player point-and-click ghost-hunting game conducted from a basement observation room.
Players investigate locations from outside the building, using computer tools that measure electromagnetic fields, temperature, sound, laser patterns, and ultraviolet details. Each ghost has distinct behavior, providing clues for identification. After determining the spirit, players can use the exorcism module to remove it. Investigations take place across maps including Fisherman's House, Chernobly, and Backrooms, with different difficulty levels available. Completed investigations award money and experience, which can unlock equipment upgrades, additional maps, and more complicated missions. The observation room is usually safe, although the game notes that this is not always the case.
