Our take on panomap
The bounce point arrives before the first guess: players who do not want to involve a Twitch chat cannot reach the core game loop. Geography fans may also hit a wall when a round offers surroundings they cannot identify, since progress depends on submitting location guesses.
What is panomap?
panomap is a geography guessing game played alongside a Twitch chat.
Each round places the streamer at a random location somewhere in the world. The streamer and viewers inspect the surroundings, then submit location guesses by typing in chat. Points go to correct guesses, with faster responses receiving more points. Scores accumulate across the game, and the highest-scoring participant wins. The format turns location identification into a shared competition between the streamer and audience, with players using visible environmental clues to determine where the round takes place. A Twitch account is required to play.
