What is OUTSTAND?
OUTSTAND is a first-person horror adventure about finding a childhood companion who vanished while pursuing a treasure.
The search starts in a jungle, then passes through a concealed route to a different universe. Every area combines its own setting, narrative, puzzles, cast, and maze-like network of rooms and corridors. Exploration reveals abilities, firearms, supplies, and objects needed to dispel curses and confront otherworldly creatures, including a treasure-protecting demon. Events unfold during play instead of in cinematic scenes. Supplies and bullets are scarce and tailored to the situation, so players must choose whether to engage enemies, seek shelter, or adopt another approach. Forests, a school, and other locations are filled with disturbing noises, while character histories contribute to the main storyline.
