Our take on Ooblets
Dance battles replace combat as the main way to handle challenges and disagreements, with teams built around each ooblet's unlockable moves.
What is Ooblets?
Ooblets combines farming, town life, creature collection, exploration, and dance battles.
Players develop a farm, grow ooblet seeds, train their creatures, and use upgraded facilities to expand farm work. Town activities include meeting residents, giving gifts, completing quests, selling produce, and running a shop with decorated shelves, price-negotiation minigames, restocking, and upgrades. Ooblets learn individual moves that can be assembled into dance teams for challenges, tournaments, and disagreements. The game includes themed regions, arcade minigames, seasonal events, collectibles, customization for the character and home, and a story involving Badgetown and a wider threat. After the main story reaches its ending, additional activities remain available.
