Our take on Mystery Case Files: Black Crown Collector's Edition

This entry extends its central asylum mystery with a bonus chapter, replayable hidden-object scenes and mini-games, achievement hunting, and collectible searches rather than ending with the main investigation alone.

What is Mystery Case Files: Black Crown Collector's Edition?

Investigate a patient’s crown drawing at Manchester Asylum and examine its connection to the protagonist’s past.

After the inmates escape, the case centers on finding the Black Crown, identifying Jane Doe, and regaining control. Gameplay combines story-driven point-and-click adventure sequences with hidden-object scenes and occasional mini-games. As the 20th Mystery Case Files case, this Collector’s Edition adds a bonus chapter involving a Voodoo Shop owner. It also includes replayable hidden-object scenes and mini-games with achievements, collectibles, morphing objects, souvenirs, wallpapers, concept art, music, videos, and a strategy guide. The game follows the hidden-object puzzle adventure format, in which players search scenes for listed objects and complete puzzles.
