Players guide Death Shadow, a fierce cat girl, through main and branch stories involving the Ferre civilization, puzzles, myths, and hostile creatures. Real-time combat uses three kinds of weapons, grappling, jumping, and quick-time events. The game includes over 40 unique enemies across 14 levels and 10 maps, with fully animated cutscenes and Japanese voice acting. The complete story takes about 6–10 hours. More than 10 outfits and weapon skins are available through free DLCs or in-game. Controller support and customizable cutscenes, including portrait mode, are also included.
