Our take on Murder Is Game Over: Deal Killer
The focused murder-case structure gives up the breadth of a larger adventure. Most of the experience is tied to examining evidence, questioning suspects, and resolving one investigation in a confined Alpine setting.
What is Murder Is Game Over: Deal Killer?
Detective Guy and Cleo, a clue-sniffing dog, investigate the death of a video game publishing executive at a remote chalet in the Italian Alps.
The victim was hosting a private celebration for a corporate deal when he was killed, leaving a circle of hostile associates and a local ghost legend to examine. Players search locations for evidence, interview suspects, and explain how the murder happened. A blizzard leaves the pair isolated while the investigation unfolds. The game also introduces a disguise mechanic and is the third entry in the Murder Is Game Over series.
