Skip it if you…

Our take on Morels: The Hunt
The bounce point arrives when exploration needs to translate into repeated searches for mushrooms, wildlife, and weekly objectives. Players expecting combat or a strongly directed adventure may lose interest once the loop settles into collecting, photographing, spending points, and advancing levels.
What is Morels: The Hunt?
Morels: The Hunt combines mushroom collecting with wildlife photography across seven maps in the United States.
Each season gives 100 days to search for edible and poisonous mushrooms, photograph animals and objects, and complete weekly tasks for extra points. Finding mushrooms raises the Mushroom Hunter Level, while photography advances the Photographer Level and adds images to a photo book. Points can be spent in the Shop on items such as bug spray, first aid kits, raincoats, a headlamp, camera upgrades, a horse, or an ATV.
Weather changes daily and is forecast before each level, with night hunting available. The game also includes dinosaur bones, more than 50 animals, seasonal changes in locations and activity, mythological creatures, and an animal-focused Exploration Mode.
