Rather than placing the player inside the fight, the game makes the surrounding management structure the main activity. Training plans, matchmaking, rankings, sponsors, organizational ownership, and a reactive fan economy replace the direct-control format common to many sports games.
What is MMA Executive?
Manage an MMA gym by recruiting prospects, veterans, and coaches, then organize training camps, assign coaching staff, plan fights, and monitor fighter development.
The simulation includes hundreds of techniques, 24 submission endings, knockout methods, judging decisions, disqualifications, and doctor stoppages. Fighters compete across 4 weight classes, 16 divisions, and 4 organizations within a world containing 160 concurrent fighters. ELO rankings and AI matchmaking generate fight cards, while a fan-driven economy reacts to performances. Fights can be viewed through a transition map, commentary, and statistics at adjustable speeds. Gym management also covers upgrades, sponsors, records, appearances, retirements, rankings, Hall of Fame entries, and attempts to buy out all four organizations.
