Milkman Mayhem is an action game about defending against waves of mind-controlled cows.
Players search locations for guns, ammunition, whiskey, and gasoline while managing limited carrying capacity. Weapons are scattered across the environment, with an axe available when ammunition runs out, though using it brings enemies into close range. Attacks are organized into rounds, and the time between them allows travel by vehicle to the dairy farm, cornfield, or pawn shop. Driving consumes one gas can, while the pawn shop sells whiskey. Loot appears randomly from game to game at set locations, so supplies may need to be remembered and collected later. The objective is to survive the dairy assault for as long as possible.
