Our take on Master of the Tattooverse
Instead of centering a conventional action or combat loop, the game structures play around tattoo appointments. Each stage involves responding to a client and creating a design, with movement and tool choices supporting the work.
What is Master of the Tattooverse?
This story-driven VR game puts players in the role of an apprentice tattoo artist posing as a legendary Master.
Sessions are stages built around clients with different personalities, needs, and pain tolerances. Some clients are served at their location; others visit the Tattoo Parlor. Create tattoos with templates or freehand using three types of tattoo guns and a tool holding needles and colors. Equipment includes tools for erasing, shading, taking in-game photos, applying stencils, and easing client pain. Movement options include teleportation, grip-based dragging, and analog walking. The game can be played standing, sitting, or lying down, with one or both hands; it also includes dominant-hand selection and color-blindness options.
