Our take on Marmot Fight Club
The defining mechanic is the fight over white, flat food: eating it raises several combat attributes, making the contested item both the objective and a source of strength.
What is Marmot Fight Club?
Marmot Fight Club places players on an island where marmots compete for food.
Three attacks shape encounters: scratching damages opponents, grabbing provides a defensive response, and a grab can be followed by a push that sends another marmot toward the island’s large holes. Four standard foods provide different effects, including strength, attack power, stamina, movement speed, and pushing ability. Two larger foods add stronger effects: the contested white, flat food raises several attributes, while a big carrot makes pushing power 10 times stronger for 1 minute. Marmots become faster and stronger by eating. The game centers on controlling the food in a fictional action contest.
