Our take on Manafinder
Rather than centering its RPG structure on a long campaign, Manafinder uses a compact 8–12-hour journey with two possible final chapters. Its combat also makes weapon selection and elemental affinities central to encounters with the game’s many beasts.
What is Manafinder?
Manafinder is a console-style, turn-based RPG set in Aevi, a fantasy world inhabited by dangerous beasts.
Players take the role of Lambda, who searches for manastones that protect a settlement of exiles. Combat centers on choosing weapons and elemental ores to target enemy weaknesses. Exploration spans more than 23 biomes, with over 120 beast types, item gathering, healing-plant harvesting, and ore mining. The story includes exiles, nomads, Gods, and other mysterious figures, alongside internal conflicts and threats from the wild. Choices affect the exiles’ fate and lead to one of two different final chapters. The 8–12-hour campaign also includes side quests and minigames focused on the exiles’ lives.
