Is Make It Count worth it for you?
We tell you who should skip it, too.
Play it if you…
Good fit- Small co-op groups who want a top-down shooter for 1–3 players
- Players who enjoy managing ammunition and switching between ranged and melee attacks
- Roguelite fans who want randomized routes and resource-based weapon and class upgrades
Skip it if you…
Saves you a refund- Players who want abundant ammunition may hit a wall when missions require scavenging supplies or using melee weapons
- Players who prefer fully visible combat spaces may bounce off the limited vision created by fog of war
- Players seeking a large multiplayer shooter may find the 1–3-player structure too narrow
- Players looking for fixed routes may dislike missions changing paths between runs
Our take on Make It Count
The bounce point arrives when limited ammunition meets restricted visibility. Players who spend shots freely or move forward without checking the visible area will need to adapt by scavenging supplies, using melee attacks, and dealing with threats that may remain outside view.
What is Make It Count?
Make It Count is a post-apocalyptic top-down shooter for 1–3 players with roguelite elements.
Missions use randomized routes that can lead to different mini-missions and trinkets. Ammunition is limited, so players can scavenge supplies, make careful shots, or switch to melee weapons. Fog of war restricts vision while hostile creatures occupy the infested world. Resources collected during missions can be used in the hub to unlock and upgrade weapons and character classes. The hub also allows players to craft decorative items. The game presents humanity’s last survivors as they work to exterminate the creatures spreading across the earth.
