Our take on Lucid
The concentrated block-clearing format gives the game a clear identity, but limits its variety to combinations, score multipliers, and repeated attempts across the same 55 levels. The trade-off is a focused puzzle loop rather than a broader range of gameplay systems.
What is Lucid?
Lucid is a block-matching puzzle game based on clearing areas by combining all their blocks.
Chaining Color-Tasks increases score multipliers, while earned Lucid-Blocks can be saved for later use to clear the whole playfield during a difficult situation. Square-shaped areas within a cleared group provide additional bonuses. The game includes 55 levels with unlimited replay value, achievements, colorful animated visuals, and ambient music. Up to five player profiles can save progress. Sessions can focus on developing strategies for high scores or on playing at a relaxed pace while searching for the next area to clear.
