- Players seeking level progression based on exploration, enemy clearing and key collection
Skip it if you…
Saves you a refund- Players looking for a broad arsenal beyond the listed pistol and minigun may find the weapon selection limited.
- Players who prefer relaxed exploration may bounce off the repeated need to clear enemies while conserving ammunition.
- Players seeking multiplayer interaction will not find a multiplayer focus in the described campaign.
Our take on Line of War
The likely bounce point is ammunition management during enemy-clearing sections. Players who expect a large arsenal or a forgiving shooter may hit a wall when conserving rounds becomes necessary while searching for keys and advancing through locations.
What is Line of War?
Play as John, a soldier stranded in the Vietnamese jungle in June 1965.
The campaign follows his attempt to stay alive while moving through dangerous locations. Progress requires clearing areas of enemies, locating ammunition and finding keys that open the way to later levels. The arsenal includes weapons such as a pistol and a minigun. Ammunition conservation is part of the play loop, since resources must be managed while resisting enemies. The game presents a 3D shooter structure with survival elements and a wartime setting.
