Our take on Lift It
The listing presents several activities and planned additions, but the current game is an alpha build with three available islands and English as the available language. Future islands, multiplayer modes, and additional content are described as update plans rather than present features.
What is Lift It?
Train a character through four gym activities: bench pressing raises strength, squats improve health, deadlifts increase defense, and treadmill workouts build stamina.
Travel from Gym Island to Labyrinth Island and Zombie Island, fighting enemies and eight gym owners. Rewards can fund temporary stat boosters and equipment, including swords, armor, shields, shoulder armor, and belts with six quality levels. Four trainers offer sword-fighting practice, while combat involves predicting attack directions and blocking the chosen side. The game also includes one-versus-one player fights, guitar activities using 12 song keys, dancing with 12 moves, burping in two octaves, and more than 60 songs. It is an alpha build with English as the available language.
