Our take on Levelhead
Rather than treating platforming as a sequence of developer-authored stages, the game makes level construction and publication central activities. Its editor supports formats beyond conventional obstacle courses, including puzzles, pinball setups, boss stages, speed challenges, and musical scenes.
What is Levelhead?
Levelhead is a co-op platformer about training the GR-18 delivery robot for the Bureau of Shipping.
Players run, jump, and blast through a campaign of more than 90 hand-crafted levels, with local co-op or Steam Remote Play for up to four players. The Workshop editor supports custom platforming stages built with enemies, hazards, paths, switches, secrets, weather, music, and powers. Creations can become adventures, puzzles, pinball machines, boss challenges, speed tests, or musical scenes. Published levels can attract followers, while search and curation organize community content. Each level includes a leaderboard for speed and score competition. Cross-save transfers unfinished creations between devices, and friends can build levels together.
