Our take on Kungfu Card
Its defining structure is defender-favored counterplay: each exchange gives the defending player a chance to overpower an attack, block it, or assemble a card combination that cancels damage and takes initiative.
What is Kungfu Card?
Kung Fu Cards combines martial-arts combat with playing-card and mahjong-inspired rules.
Players attack and defend by comparing cards numbered 1 to 9, while straights and three-of-a-kind trigger stronger effects. Defenders can react to attacks, including by forming a Disrupt that cancels active-card damage, draws a Technique card, and takes initiative. Before battles, players choose a martial school such as Baji Fist or Drunken Fist, then combine school-specific Principles and Techniques with basic move cards to shape a deck. The current game includes 1v1 ranked online matches, local multiplayer, and a solo campaign. Cosmetic purchases cover items such as skins, foil cards, and alternate artwork; gameplay content is available without additional payment.
