Our take on Knight King Assassin
Rather than using chess pieces in a conventional match, the game turns their movement into a hierarchy-based clearing puzzle. Its central structure combines three rival symbols, designated Death pieces, and board removal instead of capture-driven competition.
What is Knight King Assassin?
Knight King Assassin is a minimalist puzzle game combining a rock-paper-scissors-style hierarchy with chess-like movement.
The goal is to remove every symbol from each board by moving pieces according to their relationships. Knights defeat Assassins but lose to Kings, and travel horizontally or vertically. Kings overcome Knights but fall to Assassins, with movement in horizontal, vertical, and diagonal directions. Assassins defeat Kings but can be beaten by Knights, and move diagonally only. Immovable Death symbols destroy themselves together with their assigned target. Additional symbol types appear later in the game. The game contains 30 levels and uses a minimalist visual style.
