Rather than treating puzzles as separate challenges, Khaba ties their solutions to Michael’s story and an optional Pharaoh narrative. The optional thread changes the solutions required, making story progression part of the puzzle structure.
What is Khaba?
Khaba is a puzzle adventure about Michael, an explorer searching for treasure who becomes trapped in a pyramid.
Each chamber presents a puzzle built around redirecting a beam of sunlight with orbs and mirrors. Lighting one stone can open a route while blocking another, so progress depends on finding the right arrangement. Solving puzzles also reveals parts of Michael’s story as he descends through the pyramid. An optional storyline about the dead Pharaoh adds alternate solutions to the puzzles and further context about Michael. The game includes 28 puzzle levels, voice acting, and alternative endings.
