Joon Shining combines golf and mini-golf with puzzle-platforming.
Players guide Joon, a young wizard, through 8 worlds while using magic to alter shots, physics, and environments. Abilities can burn obstacles, create flight, influence airstreams, trigger explosives, grow plants into platforms, and distract creatures. Levels contain hazards and surfaces that affect shots, including jelly walls, bubbles, clouds, and living bushes. The game includes over 20 hours of gameplay, more than 100 levels, and 100 collectibles presented as self-contained micro-puzzles. Hidden collectibles and lore connect to the game’s true ending. Worlds include forest, underwater, machine, procedurally generated trickster, and cosmic environments. Gold ranks add a precision challenge for expert players.
