Our take on Hyss
The defining mechanic is using Ms. Cowknight as a puzzle tool: the cow can be thrown, petted, and repositioned while Vilde and Grusa work through platforming challenges.
What is Hyss?
Play as Vilde the gnome and Grusa the troll while rescuing cows from puzzles created by fairies.
The pair can work together, with Vilde riding on Grusa’s shoulders, or switch roles to access different places and complete tasks. Ms. Cowknight, a fearless cow lent by the cow queen, can be thrown, petted, and used in puzzle solutions. Exploration moves through Swedish forests, caves, teleportation stumps, fairy rings, and other environments. Hidden treasures are scattered across the levels and unlock additional humorous features. The game combines platforming and puzzle solving, with original music tracks for each level. It supports a controller as well as mouse and keyboard play.
