Our take on HOARD
Its defining structure is the 10-minute dragon match: every flight, attack, collection, and kingdom decision feeds into the goal of building the largest treasure hoard.
What is HOARD?
HOARD puts players in control of a dragon pursuing the largest treasure pile.
Matches last 10 minutes and support solo play, cooperation, or competition for 1–4 players. Dragons can burn villages, attack castles, collect gold and gems, kidnap princesses, repel thieves, and confront giants. Player choices affect scoring and the condition of the surrounding kingdom, including whether crops, towns, and other areas are destroyed or preserved. Dragons can be upgraded, and powerups contribute to match strategy. The game includes four modes: Treasure Collect, Princess Rush, HOARD survival, and co-op. More than 35 kingdoms provide the settings, while global leaderboards and over 100 Steam achievements track additional goals.

HOARD compared to similar games
HOARD centers on direct dragon control, treasure accumulation, kingdom destruction, and short matches, unlike Creeper World 4, which focuses on building an economic base and deploying forces against a fluid enemy across 3D terrain. Tooth and Tail presents real-time army command with base building, online competition, split-screen play, and replays, while HOARD uses individual dragon actions and four modes built around hoarding, princesses, survival, and co-op.
