Skip it if you…

- Players who want a broad crafting or exploration system may find the store-based scope narrow
Our take on HELLMART
The store-management setup receives equal emphasis with the horror premise, but the scenario is confined to 7 days. That fixed structure makes HELLMART a focused, choice-driven horror story rather than an open-ended supermarket simulator.
What is HELLMART?
HELLMART combines convenience-store management with horror.
As a clerk in a 24-hour shop in the Far North, the player serves customers, works the register, restocks shelves, cleans the store and its surroundings, and meets daily sales quotas. Evening preparations include monitoring the generator, barricading doors, checking security cameras, buying supplies, and upgrading the store. At night, late customers may be dangerous, and the player decides whom to admit or leave outside while trying to keep evil out. The game covers 7 days and includes three endings determined by player choices. Customer fates also depend on decisions made throughout the game.
How HELLMART plays
- 01Store Management
- Daytime tasks include sales targets, register work, shelf restocking, and cleaning.
- 02Night Preparations
- Players can monitor a generator, barricade doors, inspect security cameras, buy supplies, and upgrade the store.
- 03Choice-Based Endings
- Three possible endings depend on decisions made during the 7-day scenario.
- 04Late-Night Encounters
- Strange customers and deceptive supernatural events affect who is allowed into the store.
HELLMART compared to similar games
HELLMART combines convenience-store duties with horror encounters, nightly defenses, and three choice-dependent endings. Mr. Prepper centers on building an underground shelter, crafting, and preparing for nuclear war, while Bear and Breakfast focuses on operating a woodland bed-and-breakfast rather than surviving a 7-day supernatural scenario.
