Not every request can be accepted: some demons abuse drugs, making it necessary to check prescriptions for illegal activity before preparing treatment. The internship lasts 3 weeks. At the end, the intern receives a score for university, with graduation depending on the result. The game focuses on reading prescriptions, mixing potions, and deciding whether a patient's request follows the law, all within a demonic pharmacy setting.
