Heaven’s Hope follows Talorel, an angel stranded on Earth after losing his wings and halo.
Set near the town of Heaven’s Hope in the 19th century, the story centers on his attempt to return to Heaven while an Inquisition led by Greta spreads fear through the village. The game includes more than 35 hand-drawn locations, over 30 animated characters, and more than 12 hours of stated gameplay. Players explore, interact with companions, and solve riddles and other puzzles. Two heavenly advisers provide suggestions and jokes, while guidance systems can offer varying amounts of assistance. The Special Edition includes a digital artbook with commentary in German and English, as well as a soundtrack by composer Jonathan van den Wijngaarden.
