What is Haunting Hour?
Haunting Hour is a cross-platform multiplayer virtual reality escape room set in a witch’s castle.
Teams of imprisoned ghosts have one hour to complete physical and mental challenges, brew potions, chase cats, explore distinct rooms, and break the spell before the witch returns. The game includes puzzles using different mechanics, integrated Steam voice chat, and play across Oculus, Windows Mixed Reality, and Vive headsets through Steam, without requiring every player to use the same headset. Players can cooperate with friends or strangers, and may make multiple attempts to escape. Achievements and challenges unlock character costumes. A play area measuring 3. 3 m by 3. 0 m is recommended but not required.
