Gunman Taco Truck is an action roguelike about driving across a post-apocalyptic United States toward Winnipeg, Canada.
On highway stretches, aim at mutants and attack them with the truck’s weapons; in safe towns, turn mutant remains into tacos and enchiladas for survivors with exacting orders. Money earned from food sales can go toward gas, supplies, and condiments, while scrap metal can repair or upgrade the truck or fund a different one. The trip also includes carrying people and packages across state lines while watching for police, and a slot machine where money or scrap can be wagered. The journey’s goal is to reach Winnipeg, where the family’s taco business can continue.
