What is Great Pyramid VR?
Explore a scaled 3D reconstruction of the Great Pyramid in Giza, including its exterior, interior, chambers, passages, and top.
The experience presents a narrated account of the pyramid, labels, a mini 3D map, cutaway views, and optional audio and visual settings. Movement includes ground aiming, direct travel to selected chambers or passages, and free stepping with adjustable viewing direction. The model includes areas such as the Grand Gallery, King's Chamber, Queen's Chamber, subterranean chamber, air shafts, and five relieving chambers. The application also incorporates findings from the ScanPyramids Mission project. It requires an HTC Vive virtual reality headset.
