Our take on Goblin Storm
Its defining structure is the self-contained 2–3 hour scenario: players build a human kingdom or launch an invasion, then resolve the contest through simultaneous turns.
What is Goblin Storm?
Goblin Storm is a fantasy operational strategy title set in Arcwellion, with human realms, goblin tribes, and undead forces contesting varied terrain.
Each scenario stands alone and generally takes 2–3 hours. One side can expand and protect a human kingdom, while another can direct an invasion by goblin or undead armies. Five modes range from targeted raids to sweeping assaults. Battles unfold through simultaneous turns involving terrain, surprise attacks, misdirection, and concealed goals.
The game offers eleven factions: five human, three goblin, and three undead, with distinct approaches to play. Modes include solo play, competitive matches, and co-op for two. Maps and enemy emergence points can be altered or randomized, while optional wild creatures may roam, ambush forces, set fires, and plunder settlements.
