Our take on Glass Heart: Retold
The defining structure is a six-route romance story in which player choices determine whether each path reaches a good or bad ending, with some conclusions extending into new story branches.
What is Glass Heart: Retold?
Glass Heart: Retold is a romance-focused visual novel following Meira, a hospital patient facing surgery with a twenty percent chance of survival.
She leaves the confines of her medical routine to experience life beyond the hospital and pursue relationships. Six romance routes branch according to player decisions, with each route offering a good and bad ending; some conclusions open further story paths. The game includes more than 60 illustrated CGs, additional characters, revised and extended routes, and an updated interface. Scenes can be viewed through multiple characters’ perspectives. Most characters, including extras, have voice acting, while Meira is voiced during CG moments in some routes and is scheduled for further voice updates.
