What is Gel-Tank?
Gel-Tank is a 2D action shooter presented in a 16-bit retro style.
Players control a vehicle combining a soft gel body with a hard tank, moving through stages by jumping, firing, climbing walls, and using weapons taken during boarding. Enemy swarms must be defeated to conquer each stage. Jewels collected during play serve as currency for purchasing skills and customizing the character. Other objectives include collecting captured Nekodoru Fuin creatures, building combos by defeating enemies without taking damage, earning badges for stage conditions, and completing time attacks with limited skills. Intercepted enemy communications develop the story along the stage route. The options include selectable 16-bit retro-style graphics and a cathode-ray-tube-style filter.
