What is Football Game?
Set in East Bend, Purchase County, the game follows Tommy, a local high-school football hero whose game night takes a strange turn while his sweetheart waits in the bleachers.
Gameplay uses a traditional point-and-click adventure structure with puzzles and dialogue interactions. Tommy encounters friends, foes, teachers, and a concerned mother as the story unfolds. The narrative is short and twisted, taking approximately 1 to 2 hours depending on the player. Its inspirations include point-and-click adventure games from the '80s and '90s, the music and films of David Lynch, and young love. An original soundtrack by UK duo JUPITER-C is included, with the soundtrack also available via DLC.
