What is Final Approach?
Final Approach is a room-scale virtual reality game about managing aircraft and airport emergencies.
In an overhead mode, players route planes to runways, coordinate helicopters and ground crews, and handle refueling and repairs. Zooming into smaller scenes enables tasks such as extinguishing aircraft fires, operating battleship weapons, sorting luggage, solving puzzles, and using air horns against seagulls. Scenarios include commercial aviation, military exercises, rescue missions, aircraft carriers, metropolitan streets, tropical islands, and alien threats. Story mode follows pilots through hazardous missions, while mini-games and free-play modes add other activities. The game includes more than 6 hours of gameplay and supports HTC Vive or Oculus Touch motion controllers.
