Our take on Fears of Glasses o-o
The bounce point is the eye-timing system: leaving the eyes closed too long causes death from fear, while opening them at an unsafe moment can lead to a monster killing the character. Players who dislike pressure around repeated timing choices may stop at this mechanic.
What is Fears of Glasses o-o?
Control a glasses-wearing character with a keyboard and mouse while exploring a house filled with horrors, including under-bed monsters, door-knocking creatures, spiders, bugs, aliens, and a cemetery.
The character’s story unfolds as progress reaches the ending, revealing why he wakes in the house and sleeps wearing glasses. The Q key opens doors, the E key opens or closes his eyes, and the left mouse button drags or destroys objects. Hints in the left lens indicate which key to use. Keeping the eyes open longer makes the next closed period longer. Staying closed too long causes death from fear, while opening the eyes at the wrong moment can result in death by a monster.
