Saves you a refund- Players seeking a relaxed shooter may find the hardcore arcade pacing and non-regenerating health demanding

- Players looking for a shooter without visual-novel-style storytelling may not enjoy its narrative format
Our take on Fallen Times
The game favors brisk arcade combat and compact boss encounters, giving up the slower buildup and extended tactical phases found in longer-form shooters. Its semi-open levels offer exploration without expanding into a full open-world structure.
What is Fallen Times?
Fallen Times is an arcade first-person shooter set in Fancy Moon, a parallel-world fantasy land affected by invasion, crime, and smuggling.
Players control Kristfina, a mercenary working for her criminal boss and friend, Hanna Rein. Gameplay combines old-school shooting, semi-open handcrafted stages, hidden areas, short action-focused boss battles, and visual-novel-style story scenes. Levels support cautious shooting, fast movement, or speedrunning, and can be replayed to find missed secrets and resources. The game includes 12 weapons, more than 15 enemy and boss types, and a boss-rush mode after the main story. Health does not regenerate, while medkits heal automatically when the character is near death.
