- Players looking for a purely linear adventure may not want the open-ended building and management tasks
Our take on Elf Manor
The defining structure is a survival campaign built around constructing the Monster Tower, with manor management and exploration serving that central objective.
What is Elf Manor?
Play as an Elf Master maintaining balance in a sealed world with few people.
Build and expand a manor, grow crops, gather food, cook, research, craft equipment, and prepare resources for disasters. Hunger, emotion, and energy must all be managed because reaching zero in any index causes death. Elves can be hatched and trained for tasks such as farming, research, cooking, cleaning, and mining. Exploration takes the party through events, dungeons, terrain, and enemies, with supplies needed for the journey home. Battles use turns, weapons, and spells. Two modes change the pace: Building Mode gives more time for construction and exploration, while Challenge Mode produces evil energy faster. The Monster Tower is the required objective in both modes.
How Elf Manor plays
- 01Elf Helpers
- Hatched elves can be trained for farming, research, cooking, cleaning, and mining.
- 02Survival Management

- 03Crafting Research
- Research supports production of food, weapons, equipment, talismans, and special materials.
- 04Exploration Trips
- Travel includes events, dungeons, landforms, enemies, and traveling merchants.
- 05Two Game Modes
- Building Mode slows the pressure, while Challenge Mode causes evil energy to accumulate faster.
Elf Manor compared to similar games
