Our take on Echo
Boss battles do more than test combat skill: the way each fight is handled determines whether character growth favors attack, healing, or training, giving encounters a direct role in the progression path.
What is Echo?
Echo follows Lin, a young adventurer searching for the separate world of Eveross while exploring a closed forest with a travel companion.
Battles against bosses shape character growth, with choices focused on attack, healing, or training. Different difficulty levels support smoother story-focused progression or tougher fights requiring strategic play and varied skills. Materials can be gathered to create tools and improve equipment. Alongside combat, the game includes puzzles, mini-games, side stories, speedrun elements, and trophies. The demo contains a prologue with 2+ hours of gameplay. Cleared demo data can transfer to the Complete Version, which also provides a Prologue Clear Bonus.
