Our take on Dogpile
The bounce point arrives when the growing dog collection becomes a placement and management problem. Players who do not enjoy sorting cards, arranging matching dogs, and tuning Trait interactions may lose interest before the larger-dog objective becomes satisfying.
What is Dogpile?
Dogpile is a roguelike deck-building game centered on combining dogs into larger dogs.
Playing two matching dogs beside each other triggers a merge, while purchases and positioning shape each run. Players manage a growing collection, refine their deck, and improve cards over time. Dogs have Traits such as Barky, Sleepy, Timid, and Cool, which can be added or modified at the Dog Wash. Dog Tags alter how dogs and Traits work, allowing players to build combinations around Trait interactions. The central objective is to create the biggest dogs while managing the clutter of a large canine collection.
