Our take on Dice People
The focus on repeated rolls, unit creation, and upgrades limits the scope of each session. It offers a concentrated progression structure, but gives less room to story, mission variety, or direct control over individual units.
What is Dice People?
Dice People is an incremental game centered on rolling dice, producing units, defeating enemies, and collecting resources.
Each roll generates numbers that become XP for unlocking upgrades. The dice also turn into units that attack enemies and contribute to resource gathering. Defeated enemies provide money, which can be spent on upgrades in a large skill tree. Available upgrade effects include increased income, higher damage, improved luck with dice rolls, and other abilities. A shop lets players buy additional dice to create more units. Progress comes from combining dice rolls, enemy defeats, resource collection, and repeated purchases from the upgrade tree.
