Our take on DepowerBall
Rather than keeping abilities fixed throughout a competitive match, the game lets opponents remove a round winner’s power. That comeback structure makes success alter the conditions of later rounds, while voting becomes part of the match’s central contest.
What is DepowerBall?
DepowerBall is a competitive party platformer for local and online multiplayer.
Players compete to feed the Dragon Queen or control a golden treat, using athletic movement and tactical decisions to score rounds. Everyone begins with the same powers, but each round winner gains the Queen’s favor while opponents vote to remove one of that player’s powers. The first player to win three rounds becomes the Royal Champion. Matches support one to four local players, bots for practice, and online groups of up to four. The game includes five hazard-filled levels, two modes, power drafting, spectator mode for parties, eight characters, and unlockable accessories.
