Skip it if you…

Our take on Creatures: The Albian Years
The store presentation highlights two worlds, life kits, and many Object Packs, but gives little context about how those additions affect play. The main activity remains observing, teaching, breeding, and managing Norns as they live through simulated needs and threats.
What is Creatures: The Albian Years?
Explore Albia through a compilation containing Creatures 1 and 2, their life kits, and Object Packs that add injectable objects.
The game centers on Norns, virtual lifeforms that experience hunger, pain, frustration, and fear. Players can teach them to communicate, allowing interaction with other Norns and the player. Norns can breed and pass genes and characteristics to later generations. Their environment includes butterflies, fish, Ettins, and Grendels, including disease-ridden Grendels. The collection provides two large worlds for observing and interacting with these creatures as they develop, reproduce, and contend with survival.
