Our take on Cove Point Fun Center VR
The broad activity mix comes with limited depth in each individual attraction. Movement is also constrained to teleportation at present, while smooth locomotion remains uncertain, which may reduce continuity for players who prefer free movement.
What is Cove Point Fun Center VR?
Explore a tropical virtual fun center through several activities and interactive spaces.
Play a full 10-pin bowling game, an outdoor 12-hole pirate mini-golf course, basketball arcade, Skee-Ball, and two VR arcade mini-games. The Case of the Parlagog is a detective and escape-room story with about 45–60 minutes of play, while another escape-room activity is shorter. The setting includes an arcade with drums, guitar, a playable grand piano, a jukebox, and a whiteboard. Players can enter the ocean to view 20+ sea creatures, handle objects, use a restroom, grab free soda from a vending machine, and experiment with environmental interactions. Motion controllers are required, and teleportation is currently the movement method. Smooth locomotion is being considered but is not guaranteed.
