Our take on ConnecTank
The tank’s conveyor and ammunition tasks make combat a matter of managing equipment as well as attacking. That gives each mission a hands-on systems focus, but leaves less room for a straightforward action loop centered only on aiming and firing.
What is ConnecTank?
ConnecTank is an action game built around package deliveries and tank combat.
Players operate a large tank, connect conveyor belts, craft ammunition during battles, and put out fires while taking on rival tanks. Deliveries for Finneas Fat Cat lead into more than 100 missions, with playthroughs that vary. Parts collected from defeated tanks can be used to build tanks, and more than 70 unlockable tanks have different ammunition and abilities. The game can be played solo or in co-op for up to four players through local multiplayer or Remote Play Together. Its story is written by Patrick Baker, known for Regular Show.
