What is Compass of Destiny: Istanbul?
Set in 17th-century Istanbul, this action-adventure RPG follows an impoverished Venetian patrician exiled after his family's death and his disgrace.
A mysterious compass leads him toward revenge against the Ottoman commander responsible. Daytime exploration presents Istanbul, historical figures, and the conflict between Venice and the Ottoman Empire. At night, the hero enters Fitrat, a dream realm where he investigates the past and influences possible destinies. Progress combines combat with skills, weapons, and armor; environmental exploration; puzzles; platforming; and searching for hidden secrets. The story connects personal vengeance and the Cretan War with a fantasy setting shaped by dreams.
